   Any Event

The Bronx Gourmet will service any event such as weddings, parties, dinner parties, family gatherings, Sweet 16s, and much more. If there's a crowd and you need food, we can make it a memorable occasion for you and your guests! 
It is our promise to deliver exactly what is discussed and stated on our final contract. Before any event, a final meeting will be scheduled to ensure there are no loose ends or any last minute changes. This is usually done three to four days before the date of the event. 
The Bronx Gourmet also reserves the right to refuse any service that is in direct conflict with any company policies.

Tastings

​Tastings can be done in the comfort of the home, at the venue, or any place of the client's choosing.

Tastings are held for an array of gatherings. The most common types are weddings, however we have provided tastings for events such as birthday parties, intimate dinner parties, and much more. 
There is a $200 fee to taste the entire chosen menu and this fee is non-refundable. Should you need to change the date of the tasting, simply contact us with your new date and time. There is a one time date change courtesy given. Once the second scheduled meeting has been canceled, a new fee will apply. 

Deposits and Payments

All deposits and payments made to secure dates are non-refundable. However, date changes can be accommodated once the deposit is paid. Any changes that are made to the guest count or the final menu can be adjusted, but only after your deposit is paid and date secured.
Deposits are used to secure dates, enlist any services required by the client such as bartenders, servers, and event rentals such as chairs, linens, or tables. 
Deposits are 50% of final price and are usually due once an invoice is received by the client. Any events that are more than 6 months out require an immediate deposit.
